Every child deserves to experience the excitement and wonder of Christmas morning. But for families struggling with the ever-rising cost of living, buying presents creates overwhelming financial pressure - turning what should be a time of joy into a season of stress.

At First Days, we are here to change that. We bring our community together to ensure local parents don't have to choose between household essentials and Christmas joy.

The Magic Chain

We believe that true magic is something we build together:

• Supporters make the magic happen by giving their time, donations, or brand-new gifts.

• Parents and carers make the magic happen by visiting us, choosing with love, and creating unforgettable memories for their children - even in tough times.

Welcome to Our Christmas Grotto

This year, we are transforming our community space into a magical, welcoming Christmas Grotto.

Rather than receiving a pre-wrapped parcel, parents facing hardship are invited to step into our Grotto to pick gifts they know their children will truly love. This simple choice restores dignity, alleviates financial anxiety, and brings real festive joy to local families when they need it most.

How You Can Make the Magic Happen

To turn our community space into a Grotto filled with gifts, we need your help. Here is how you can get involved today:

• Donate Funds: A financial contribution allows us to buy items in high demand and keep our services running smoothly.

• Gift a Present: Donate a brand-new, unwrapped toy or gift from our Christmas Wishlist.

• Volunteer Your Time: Join us and help organise stock and donations

• Fundraise with Us: Host a Festive Jumper Day or gift collection drive at your workplace, school, or local club.

Together, we can ensure every child in our community wakes up to the magic of Christmas.
