Referrals Manager 

We are looking for a highly organised person to join our small management team. This important front line role is vital to the personal, effective and professional support our referrals and families are used to. 


This is a hands on role, which requires you to be able to manage teams, relationships with stakeholders, internal systems and processes as well as physically prepare orders for distribution in our warehouse. The role is based in our warehouse in Wokingham (Fishponds Road), but some home working for the less physical aspects of the role will be considered. This role requires you to thrive in a busy, evolving, energetic and fun environment!

Role: Referrals Manager
3-5 days per week
c. £24k PA
Volunteer Fundraising Administrator
2-3 hours per week, maximum. From home or from our new office in Central Wokingham (when it's safe to do so!)
We are looking for an administrator to join our team to assist our Fundraising Manager and CEO in fundraising. Tasks include: 
- Maintaining a database of donors and supporters
- Sending out a monthly newsletter
- Thanking donors for their donations
- Researching funding opportunities
