Please may we ask for your help with the following points to ensure we can safely and efficiently reach as many families with urgent needs.  


1) With a reduced but very dedicated service, we are focusing our support on 'emergency' referrals only.


2) We will have limits on our stock and volunteers/staff to process referrals, so if we don't have an item we will provide whatever we can to help, but may not be able to source items as we usually do.


3) Your referrals will be processed by staff maintaining social distancing /contactless pick up of referrals from our Hurst warehouse, we are not able to provide a delivery service - please ensure you are able to collect/have a large enough vehicle, and are able to lift the item you have requested safely. Referrals will be kept for one week only and will be put back in to stock if not collected within this time.
