Due to the bespoke nature of our campaign this year, we will only be able to help a limited number of families. Please only refer families who are in the most desperate of need this Christmas, whose children, without our support, would not have any presents this year.

Once we have received the referral, a member of the First Days team will then contact the family directly to:

• Relieve some worry by reassuring them that we will support them this Christmas

• Agree a budget with them for each child in the family

• Understand more about what their children would like for Christmas

• Order presents or source these items from our warehouse

First Days will organise delivery of the present(s) to the family in time for Christmas.
